If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us for return/refund/cancellation/exchange.



How to make a return/refund


1. If you believe you have received defective or incorrect items, please report this by email within 14 days of receipt. Detailed descriptions, photos and/or videos in the report email(s) to c ustomerservice@linktohair.fr are useful to speed up the return/refund process.

2. Our customer service will respond to you within 1 business day.

3. If you need to return the item, please do so in accordance with our instructions and send us proof of return in the form of a tracking number and a valid returns receipt.

4. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will contact you and provide an exchange or refund within 1 business day.

1. Please note that we do NOT provide shipping labels.

2. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen package, but please return it to us by post with a tracking number. We will not issue return credit without proof of receipt and delivery. Shipping costs for returned items are your responsibility and must be prepaid.

3. The refund will be processed and automatically returned to your original payment method within 3-10 business days.

4. If the return is due to buyer's responsibility (e.g. don't like/don't want, color doesn't match/order doesn't match product/size, etc.), We may take €25 from your refund as a restocking fee/handling fee/first shipment fee.

5. The costs of  25 may also be charged for orders refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "undeliverable" address.



Returnable Items
1. Items must be unworn, unwashed, uncut and unstyled (free from any makeup, deodorant or wear stains) and product packaging must be attached.

2. Incorrect items sent to us will be discarded upon receipt. We reserve the right to define, limit, refuse and/or reject customer returns at any time for the following reasons:

1) An irregular or excessive return history, or involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged or missing items, etc.

2) potentially fraudulent or criminal activity.

In this case, our team will contact you to discuss the situation and work with you to resolve the problem or determine whether we should refuse service to you in the future. While we never want to turn away a customer, we must ensure the safety, well-being and comfort of all our customers around the world.

Cancel


We may cancel your order if you contact us in time after your purchase.

Orders cannot be canceled once the package has been shipped or we have already started customizing the product.
